摘    要:某厂松脂加工过程中,产生炼脂松香废水、歧化松香废水和二氢月桂烯醇废水等三股高浓度废水.炼脂松香废水酸性强,悬浮物和COD浓度高,可生化性较差,采用Fe-C微电解预处理;歧化松香废水碱性强,COD浓度高,可生化性一般,采用酸化破乳预处理;二氢月桂烯醇废水COD浓度高,且不可生化,采用汽提回收有机物.经过预处理的这三股废水,与锅炉除尘废水混合,再经过沉渣、沉淀、气浮、过滤和吸附等多级物化方法处理,最终出水达到国家一级排放标准.

Abstract:Three kinds of high concentrated wastewater, pine gum processing effluent, disproportionated rosinmaking effluent and citronellol-making effluent have been produced in some plants. The first effluent is pretreated by Fe - C micro-electrolysis because of its stronger acidity,more suspended substance,higher concentrations of COD and biodegradability ;The second effluent is pretreated by acidification because of its stronger alkalescence, higher concentration of COD and midbiodegradability;the third effluent is pretreated by stripping and reusing some organic materials because of its higher concentration of COD and no biodegradability. After their respective pretreatments, they are mixed with boiler dust-removing effluent. The mixed wastewater is furtherly treated in accordance with the National First-Grade Discharge Standard by some physico-chemical methods such as settling, flotation, filtration and adsorption.
