软开关弧焊逆变电源全桥移相控制电路设计

摘    要:采用移相控制芯片UC3879设计了零电压全桥移相控制电路,获得了与理论分析相吻合的PWM移相波形,实现了输出波形0°~180°范围的移相;通过实验分析,验证了参数设计的正确性,揭示了元件参数对移相控制的影响规律,并对振荡参数、死区时间等重要参数进行了优化设计.

Abstract:Adopting phase-shifting control chip UC3879,full-bridge zero-voltage-switching control circuit is designed in this paper.The phase-shifting PWM waveform,which is consistent with theoretical analysis,is obtained,and phase-shitting range from0to180degree is realized.Correctness of parameter design is verified through experimental analysis.Influence regularity of component on phase-shifting control is brought forward,and some important parameters are optimized such as oscillation parameters and delay time.
