摘    要:
在分析翘曲变形理论的基础上,利用正交试验方法设计了L27实验矩阵对塑件注射成型过程进行模拟研究,分析了模具温度、熔体温度、注射速率、保压压力、冷却时间、保压时间等工艺因素对塑件翘曲变形的影响,得出了最优化的工艺参数设置,并分析了各单一因素对翘曲和收缩率的影响趋势及其原因。研究表明:所选择的工艺参数对塑件不同方向上的翘曲变形有着不同程度的影响,优化的工艺参数组合可以使塑件翘曲变形达到最小,从而提高塑件质量。

Abstract:
Based on warpage theory and orthogonal experimental technique,L27 experimental matrix was used to simulate injection forming processes of plastic parts.The effects of technological factors like mould temperature,melt temperature,injection rate,packing pressure,cooling time and dwelling time on the warpage of components were analyzed to obtain optimized technological parameters.The influencing trend of each factor on the warpage and the causes were also studied.The result shows that various factors have different effects on plastic component warpage at different directions.Optimized combination of technological parameters can minimize warpage of plastic components and upgrade the quality of plastics.
