航空钛合金构件涡流检测工作频率的选取

摘    要:用涡流放置式探头检测航空钛合金构件时,可把工件看成半无限大平面,用电磁场理论推导出特征频率的计算公式,按最大灵敏度原则计算出钛合金材料的工作频率选择范围。通过试验,给出了BT-22钛合金构件表面裂纹的工作频率,这为其他航空钛合金构件及其他材料航空构件涡流检测工作频率的选取提供了参考。

Abstract:The aviation titanium alloy parts was considered as a semi-infinite flat surface when tested by a point probe.Applying to the theory of electromagnetic field,the calculation equation of the characteristic frequency was derived in the paper,and the choice range of the working frequency to specimen was calculated according to the most sensitive principle.The working frequency of the surface flaw in BT-22 titanium alloy parts was drawn by experiments and reference of eddy current testing frequency for other ti...
