基于涡流阵列的裂纹检测仿真分析

摘    要:分析了涡流阵列检测技术的基本原理。利用有限元方法建立了一种涡流阵列传感器的仿真模型,研究了裂纹检测时的输出信号特征,并考察了工作频率对输出特性的影响。研究表明,裂纹的出现会导致感应线圈输出信号的幅值和相位发生变化,随着激励信号频率的增加,涡流阵列传感器输出信号的差异变大,在3MHz左右时达到最大,然后减小。试验为该传感器的进一步研究及应用提供了参考。

Abstract:The basic principles of eddy current array inspecting method were analyzed at first.Then a simulation model of an eddy current array probe was established based on finite element method.The output characteristics of the probe while inspecting cracks were obtained by the model.In addition,the influences of exciting frequency on output characteristics were also considered.It showed that there would be a change on amplitude and phase when a crack appeared below the footprint of sensing coil in metal structures...
