疏水缔合淀粉制备及其水溶液性质研究

摘    要:利用氧化还原引发体系,通过反相悬浮聚合技术,合成了疏水缔合淀粉接枝共聚物,研究了其溶液性质。结果表明,在m(淀粉)∶m(丙烯酰胺)∶m(丙烯酸十八酯)=4∶7.4∶0.6时,40℃反应3 h,单体转化率达94.6%,接枝率53.8%,黏均相对分子质量2.23×106;在试样质量浓度为0.3 g/L时,30℃,在去离子水及c(NaC l)=0.20 mol/L盐水溶液中,表观黏度为21.0 mPa.s及25.6 mPa.s,表面张力为56.4 mN/m及48.4 mN/m;在70℃时黏度保持率69%;在剪切速率1/50 s-1时,黏度降低60%。

Abstract:The hydrophobically associating starch(PSOAM) was synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization with redox initator,and its solution properties were researched.When m(starch)∶m(acrylamide)∶m(octadecyl acrylate)=4∶7.4∶0.6,reaction temperature was 40 ℃ and reaction time was 3 h,the monomer conversion and graft percentage were 94.6% and 53.8% respectively and M_n=2.23×10~6.When c(PSOAM)=0.3 g/L at 30 ℃,in pure water and in saline(c(NaCl)=0.20 mol/L),the apparent viscosities were 21.0 mPa·s and 25.6 mPa·s and the surface tensions were 56.4 mN/m and 48.4 mN/m,respectively.The apparent viscosity retaining ratio was 69% at 70 ℃ and the apparent viscosity debasement was 60% at shear rate 1/50 s~(-1) when c(PSOAM)=0.3 g/L.
