南沙体育馆钢结构施工技术

摘    要:南沙体育馆钢屋架为双层轮辐式空间张弦结构,是一种新型大跨度预应力钢屋架结构。通过设计贝雷架解决钢结构安装临时支撑的问题,采用分层分级分批张拉方法,并对整个过程进行模拟分析计算和施工监测,通过实测数据分析和仿真计算结果比较,判断结构是否安全,施工质量是否达到设计及规范要求,工程实践证明该方法可行。

Abstract:The steel roof truss of Nansha Gymnasium adopts double-layer spoke-type spatial chordtensioning structure, which is a new wide-span prestressing steel roof truss structure. Problems in temporary support installation of steel structure are solved through design of Bailey rack. Whether the structure is safe and whether the construction quality reaches the requirements of design and specification through tensioning in different layers, stages and batches, simulative analysis calculation and construction monitoring during the whole process, analysis on the measured data and comparison among emulation calculation results. Engineering practices prove that this method is feasible.
