预应变热处理条件下残余奥氏体的分布机理

摘    要:对30SiMnCrMoV钢采用不同的预应变淬火处理,得到了残余奥氏体含量及其分布与马氏体板条尺寸的关系,并采用近年发展起来的D形核理论及不变面应变的解释原理进行了分析。结果表明,30SiMnCrMoV钢预应变淬火处理后残余奥氏体含量及其分布与马氏体板条尺寸的关系符合D形核理论和不变面应变稀释原理。

Abstract:The relationship of residual austenitic content and distribution with the martensitic lath size for 30SiMnCrMoV steel was obtained under different prestrain heat treatment. On the basis of the D Nucleation Theory developed in recent years and the Energy Dilution Principle for invariant plane strain, the relationships were analyzed. The results show that the relationship of residual austenitic content and distribution with the martensitic lath size for 30SiMnCrMoV steel under prestrain heat treatment is consistent with the D Nucleation Theory and Energy Dilution Principle for invariant plane strain.
