摘    要:数字阀作为液压系统的核心部件,一旦发生故障将导致严重后果。为提升数字阀的可靠性,以增量式数字阀的可靠性为研究对象。根据给出的增量式数字阀机械结构和工作原理建立数字阀的可靠性框图,分析得到故障模式和故障机制;建立数字阀故障树模型,进行故障树分析;对故障发生对机构的影响程度进行致命度分析,得到致命性矩阵图。结果表明:数字阀的阀芯不动、阀芯运行卡停、阀芯运行不精确是数字阀工作过程中常见的3种故障,其中阀芯在运行过程中突然卡停是数字阀的致命度中最严重的故障模式。研究成果可为增量式数字阀的结构设计优化和可靠性分析提供一定参考。

Abstract:As the core element of the hydraulic system, digital valve will lead to serious consequences if it fails. In order to improve the reliability of digital valve, the reliability of incremental digital valve was studied. The reliability block diagram of the digital valve was established based on the incremental digital valve mechanical structure and working principle, and the fault mode and fault mechanism were obtained through analyzing. The fault tree model of digital valve was established and analyzed. The criticality analysis of the influence of fault on the mechanism was carried out and the criticality matrix was obtained.The result shows that there are three kinds of common faults in the process of digital valve operation,such that the valve core does not move, the operation of the valve core is stuck, and the operation of the valve core is inaccurate. The valve core suddenly stuck in the process of running is the most serious fault mode in the criticality of digital valve. The research results can provide reference for structural design optimization and reliability analysis of incremental digital valve.
