焦家金矿破碎机腔型改造的实践

摘    要:介绍了焦家金矿颚式破碎机、标准圆锥破碎机和短头圆锥破碎机的腔型改造 ,使最终破碎产品中 - 1 4mm ( 2 5mm以下均为圆孔筛粒度 )含量从 73 2 8%增加到80 1 0 % ,使磨矿能力提高了 5 73% ,实现了多碎少磨 ;同时 ,颚式破碎机和短头圆锥破碎机衬板寿命延长到原来的 1 5~ 2 0倍。

Abstract:The crushing cavities of jaw, standard cone and short head crushers in Jiaojia Gold Mine were improved by Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. As a result of the improvement, -14mm content in final crushing product is increased from initial 73.28% to 80.10%, thus increasing grinding capacity by 5.73%. In the meantime, the life of liner plates of jaw and short head cone crushers is 1.5~2.0 times their initial life.
