抱卵蟹及河蟹幼体链壶菌病治疗探索

摘    要:报导了在中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir Sinensis)人工育苗过程中报卵蟹和幼体的链壶菌病及用有效氯和孔雀绿、氟乐灵的初步防治效果,实验结果表明用2 mg/L孔雀绿消毒抱卵蟹后进入培育池,培育池用250 mg/L漂白粉消毒,可以预防链壶菌病的发生;用0.01 mg/L氟乐灵治疗感染链壶菌的ZⅡ,可以取得较好的效果.

Abstract:During the artificial breeding of river crabs in 1999 and 2000, Lagenidium was found in river crabs (Eriocheir Sinensis)and their larvae. This article deals with the preliminary curing effect of the disease by Ca(ClO) 2, malachite green and treflan. Results showed that Lagenidium could be prevented if the river crabs were dealt with by 2 mg/L of malachite green and the incubation ponds were dealt with by 250 mg/L of Ca(ClO) 2. The zoeae survival and metamorphosis rates of the crabs reached the best level when the concentration of treflan was 0.01 mg/L.
