极浅海油田出砂井防砂工艺研究 --以垦东地区垦东12块为例

摘    要:垦东地区垦东12块位于莱州湾极浅海水域,其主力油层为馆陶组和明化镇组,油藏具有埋藏浅、地层胶结疏松、易出砂、油质稠等特点.在分析油藏特征的基础上,重点探讨了适应该区块的防砂工艺及配套技术,得出绕丝管砾石挤压充填防砂是适合本区块的防砂方法,先期排液和柴油解堵技术确保了防砂获得好效果.

Abstract:Block Kendong 12 of Kendong area is located in the extremely shallow water area of Laizhou Bay, with Guantao and Minghuazhen formation as major pay zones. This reservoir is shallow buried, unconsolidated, likely to produce sand, and bears heavy oil. This paper analyzes the reservoir characteristics and discusses sand control process and matching techniques suitable to this block. It is concluded that gravel pack wire wrapped screen sand control is a suitable method. Initial discharging and diesel oil broken down ensure the effectiveness of sand control.
