高效氨吸收冷却器设计

摘    要:高效氨吸收冷却器是将吸收塔和U型管式换热器合为一体,其结构为上部是吸收塔,下部是U型管式换热器。工作时液氨与气氨在填料层内充分接触进行传质传热,氨气被吸收后由换热器冷却,从塔底排出,吸收率高达97%以上。

Abstract:The device absorbing and cooling ammonia was incorporated with U-type heat exchanger,whose upper part is absorbing tower and the lower part is a U-type heat exchanger.While it is working,the ammonia water and the ammonia gas meet in the filling to transfer quality and heat.After ammonia gas was absorbed,the solution enters the cooler and flows out from the outlet.The towers absorbing rate is over 97%.
