摘    要:研究了电镀液中SiO2纳米微粒含量对碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料复合电镀层的影响.结果表明,硫酸铜电镀溶液中加入一定比例SiO2纳米微粒可使复合材料镀层维氏硬度提高,镀层晶粒得到明显细化,镀层致密度提高,随SiO2纳米微粒含量提高镀层导电性略有下降.

Abstract:Carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite was copper plated with sulfuric acid based solution in SiO2 nanoparticles present,and the effects of nano SiO2 content in the electrolyte on the copper coatings were investigated. It is found that crystalline grain of coatings is markedly refined by nano SiO2 of optimal proportion in the acidic sulfate copper plating bath.It is also shown that the ceramic particles cause an increase in hardness and a decrease in electrical conductivity of the coatings,which depend on the amount of co-deposited SiO2.
