| 摘 要： | 目的应用CO2激光治疗喉部疾病41例.方法全麻支撑喉镜下手术,用显微镜配合CO2激光或用配合CO2激光光纤的鼻导系统进行CO2激光切除病变组织.结果41例病例,随访1～3年,治愈36/41 (87.9%),好转1/41(2.4%),复发率4/41(9.7%).结论CO2激光治疗喉部疾病是一种新的有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: Apply the CO_2 laser to treat 41 cases with laryngeal disease.Methods: Under the general anesthesia condition and laryngoscope the operations uesecamy out,cut the process tissue with the CO_2 laser under the help of microscope and Nasal probe Delivery System.Results: Among the 41 cases,after 1~3 years follow-up visit,36 cases curing(87.9%),one case improved(2.4%) and 4 cases recur(9.7%).Conclusions: The CO_2 laser is a new and utility method treat laryngeal disease. |
