| 摘 要： | 制定了适用于以R12、R152a／R22混合工质、R600a为冷媒的封闭式制冷压缩机的L—DRB／A15全封闭冷冻机油的试制产品规格。通过对基础油、添加剂复配的研究，制得了该冷冻机油，评价试验结果表明，制备的L—DRB／A15全封闭冷冻机油具有良好的低温性、热化学稳定性、电绝缘性及润滑性，与封闭式制冷压缩机同寿命，能够满足封闭式制冷压缩机运行工况的要求；产品质量与国外公司同类产品质量相当。

| Abstract: | The specification of L - DRB/A15 full - closed refrigerator oil for enclosed refrigerating compressor using R600a, R12, or mixed R152a/R22 as the cold intermediary was laid down. Through selecting base oils and additives, the L - DRB/A15 full - closed refrigerator oil was obtained. Results of evaluation experiment showed that the developed L - DRB/A15 full - closed refrigerator oil possesses the good low temperature fluidity, hot- chemical stability, electric insulativity and lubricity, with the same life as enclosed refrigerating compressor, and can meet the operating conditions of enclosed refrigerating compressor. It is equivalent to the foreign similar products in performance |
