摘    要:跨海大桥作为现阶段我国重要的海上工程,对当前的国民经济发展和交通环境具有重要影响,对跨海大桥进行腐蚀防护研究意义重大且深远。简要介绍了现阶段海上建设工程常用的腐蚀防护措施,重点介绍了纯聚脲技术的定义及特点。与传统防护涂料相比,纯聚脲技术以其耐腐蚀、抗冻融、耐海洋气候老化、防渗漏、耐磨蚀、抗冲击、抗疲劳破坏等优异性能展示出了巨大优势。选取了几例最有代表性的钢筋混凝土桥梁的纯聚脲防护工程,阐述了纯聚脲技术在应用中的创新性和优越性。研究成果及工程案例表明:纯聚脲技术具有优异的长期防护效果,可以胜任跨海大桥的百年防护任务。纯聚脲技术应用于跨海大桥防护是腐蚀与防护领域的重大突破,将会成为今后混凝土耐久性研究与应用的热点技术。

Abstract:As China’s major offshore engineering at the current period,cross-sea bridge has an important influence on national economic development and traffic enviroment,Research on corrosion protection of cross-sea bridge is significant.Briefly describes the corrosion protection measures of offshore construction engineering at present,and introduce the definition and features of pure polyurea in detail.Compared with the traditional protective coating,pure polyurea technology shows the great predominance with properties of corrosion resistance,Freeze-thaw cycle resistance,anti-aging property under marine environment,No-leakage,Wear-corrosion resistance,Impact resistance,Anti-fatigue damage,etc.Select a few examples of the most representative protection project of pure polyurea to expounds it’s innovation and superiority in application.Research results and engineering examples show that pure polyurea technology provides excellent long-term protective effect,it is competent to undertake the burden of centuries protection.Pure polyurea technology applied in cross-sea bridge protection is an important breakthrough in the field of corrosion protection and it will become a hotspot technology of concrete durability research and application in the furture.
