| 摘 要： | 论述了机械设备传统维修方式——定期维修的弊端，分析了实现状态维修的可行性，简要介绍了实现状态维修所包括的三部分内容，并对状态维修和传统维修方式的效果进行了比较。国内外实践证明，机械设备实现状态维修可以降低故障率，节省维修费用，延长生产周期和设备使用寿命。

| Abstract: | This article not only discusses the malpractice of traditional time maintenance and analyses the feasibility of condition maintenance, but also introduces briefly the three necessary sections of realizing condition maintenance with th eeffect of time maintenance. The practice has proved that the condition maintenance could reduce the breakdown rate of equipment, save the maintenance cost and prolong both production period and equipment service life. |
