摘    要:安钢第一炼轧厂采用100 t FSF LF 6机6流工艺路线生产冶炼了预应力钢绞线SWRH82B。其关键工艺参数控制:电炉终点w(C)=050%~070%,精炼炉控制精炼时间大于40 min,保证上钢前弱吹氩,控制钢水中夹杂物,连铸中中间包温度控制在 1482~1497 ℃,拉速22~24 m/min,采用结晶器电磁搅拌和末端电磁搅拌,全程保护浇注。结果表明,实物的质量和力学性能均完全达到了使用要求。

Abstract:Wire rod for PC steel stranded wire of SWRH82B was making by EAF-LF-CCM process in No 1 steelmaking plant of Anyang Iron and Steel Company, the key process parameters are as follows: carbon reached 0.50% to 0.70% at taping, refining time is more than 40 minutes, weak blowing argon before refining finished, controlling inclusions content, controlling steeling temperature 1482 ℃ to I 497℃ in tundish, the casting speed is 2.2 to 2.4 m/rain, using mold electromagnetic stirring and end electromagnetic stirring, protecting the casting completely. The quality of physical and mechanical properties fully satisfy requirement.
