粉末烧结体镦粗致密与成形的有限元分析

摘    要:选择典型的镦粗工艺对粉末烧结坯的致密与成形行为和规律进行了研究,提出了多孔材料的致密模型并简要介绍了多孔材料的塑性理论。然后,采用有限元法模拟了不同镦粗压下量的烧结坯的致密与成形过程。密度与等效应变分布的一致性表明,烧结坯的致密强烈依赖于材料的塑性变形。

Abstract:Free upsetting,as a typical forging process,has been selected to investigate the densification and deforma-tion behavior of the powder sintering compact.A new densification model of porosint has been proposed and the plas-tic theory of porosint has been introduced briefly.Then the densification and deformation of the sintering compact at the different upsetting reduction have been simulated with FEM.The similar distribution regularities of the density and the equivalent strain fields showed that the densification of the powder sintering compact has chiefly resulted from the plastic deformation.In addition,the average stress also had influence on the densification during the plastic deformation.Compared with the upsetting deformation of the wrought material,the powder sintering compact was easy to meet plastic yield and the required load was lower but increased rapidly due to the geometrical working hardening.
