摘    要:带冠整体叶轮是整体叶轮结构设计的发展方向之一。本文在分析处理带冠整体叶轮型面数据的基础上。研究展成电解加工带冠整体叶轮成形规律。计算叶轮加工轨迹,依据计算机仿真对加工轨迹和工具阴极的形状进行设计和修正。结合工艺试验。完善带冠整体叶轮数控展成电解工艺。加工出符合要求的带冠整体叶轮试件。

Abstract:The style of the cowled integral impeller is one of the tendency to design the integral impeller. On the basis of the study on processing the data that depict the blade surface of the cowled integral impeller and the shaping law to process the cowled integral impeller with ECCEM, so that the tool path in the process was obtained. Then the shape of the tool cathode and its path were adjust according to the simulation of the computer. The technique to process the cowled integral impeller with NC ECCEM was achieved through many technical experiments and the trial production satisfied with technical demand was processed.
