摘    要:水平井水平段环空易形成岩屑床。模拟水平井水平段岩屑床形成、发展及清除过程进行了室内试验研究。结果发现,调整钻井液特性及水力条件可以使岩屑运移并清除岩屑床,当环空返速高于临界返速时,转动钻具,延长洗井时间,也可以改善环空净化。

Abstract:The removal of cuttings bed was investigated by a simulated equipment. It is shown that higher ratio of yield value to plastic viscosity can improve the condition of hole cleaning in directional drilling, and the critical annular fluid velocity is about 0. 80 to 1.10 m/s.
