摘    要:依据稻田灌溉的特点 ,针对水稻灌区建立了对有限水土资源在多种作物之间进行最优分配的两层分解协调模型 (DP -SDP迭代法 ) .第一层基于作物水分生产函数 ,将降雨视为随机变量 ,用SDP模型求解单一作物非充分灌溉条件下最优灌溉制度 ;第二层用DP模型将有限水土资源在多种作物之间进行最优分配 .总目标是灌区总效益最大 .实例计算表明 ,模型合理可行

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of rice irrigation, a two levels decomposition_coordination model(DP-SDP iteration) for the optimal allocation of water and land among multipk crops in rice irrigation area when irrigation water supply is shortage. The first level is to design the optimal irrigation schedule of a single crop under deficient irrigation by stochastic dynamic programming(SDP) model in which rainfall is stochastic variable. The second level is to determine the optimal allocation of limited water and land among multipk crops by dynamic programming(DP). A case study with three crops shows that the model is reasonable and feasible.
