高等院校示范教研室建设中的问题与对策

教研室建设中往往存在强调硬件建设而忽视软件建设、教研室管理中存在流于形式、侧重于教学管理而忽视科研管理和师资培养、内外交流少、集体活动缺乏、集体成果少等问题,“示范教研室”工程以教学和科研为重点,纠正教研室建设误区,真正发挥教研室在高校发展中的示范作用,提出软件和硬件建设相结合、重视强化管理的方式、加强监管、教学和科研两手抓、开放式教研室建设、增加集体活动等示范教研室的建设措施.

Problems of demonstration teaching office construction in higher institutions and the countermeasures

Some problems exist in teaching office construction, such as emphasizing the hardware construction and ignoring the software construction, which the management is done only as formality focused on teaching management and ignoring scientific research management and teacher training, lacking internal and external communication, lacking group activity, and lacking collective results. Demonstration teaching office project is focused on the teaching and scientific research which can correct the misunderstanding of construction and produce demonstration effect for high schools＇ development. Then countermeasures are put forward, including the software construction combined with hardware construction, strengthening management way, strengthening supervision, equal attention attached to teaching and research, open teaching office construction, strengthening collective activities and so on.
