辅导员是高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,辅导员队伍建设是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的关键点、突破点和支撑点,关系着学生的健康成长和全面发展.借用角色理论对当前我国高校辅导员角色冲突表现进行理性分析,并从自我和社会两个角度提出冲突调适策略,以充分发挥辅导员在大学生思想政治教育及高校管理工作中的作用.

College counselors are an important part of the college teachers and management team. Counselor team-building is the key point, break point and support point to strengthen and improve ideological and political education of college student, which is very important to the healthy growth and holislic development of the students. The role theory is used to analyze the current country university counselor role conflict performance , and proposed the adaptation strategies of conflict from the perspective of both self and society in order to support the counselors in the ideological and political education of college student and university management work.
