工具式组合木梁承载力分析

摘    要:工具式组合木梁具有绿色环保、可减少模板结构构件的一次配置量、可多次重复利用及提高木材的综合利用率等优点.将组合木梁作为支撑现浇板底模的主龙骨使用时,其经济效益显著.主要研究工具式组合木梁的承载力.根据组成构件的受力特点对组合木梁进行抽象和简化,建立计算模型.采用试验结果分析与理论计算相结合的方法,分析组合木梁能承受的极限荷载的理论值,并与试验结果相比对,得到试验所用组合木梁的承载力完全可以满足正常施工要求的结论.

Abstract:Tool-type composite beams have the advantages of green environmental protection, reducing the one-time amount of configuration of template structures,and improving the comprehensive utilization ratio of wood. It can be reused many times. Using the composite beams as the main keel supporting the bottom template of the site casting, its economic benefit is remarkable. The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical supports in the aspect of bearing capacity for its practical application. It establishes the computation model o{ beam and calculates the theoretical bearing capacity through analyzing test results and theoretical calculation. The conclusion shows the bearing capacity of composite wood beams used in the test can completely satisfy the normal construction requirements.
