| 摘 要： | 本文通过对大学生就业安全的重要性和必要性,大学生就业时就业信息收集、简历投递、求职面试、签订就业协议等五个方面进行了研究。通过研究发现政府在制度方面、学校在就业指导方面,学生本人在就业准备方面都存在一定的问题,并针对发现的问题提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the following aspects： importance and necessity of college students＇ employment security,employment information collection, delivering resume, job interviews, signing employment agreement. By the above study, the problems are disclosed in the government principles,the employment guidance of school, and students＇ employment preparation. Some countermeasures are suggested to solve the problems found. |
