捣固车液压油温度自动控制散热系统设计

摘    要:分析和研究了自动抄平起拨道捣固车的液压系统,得出了液压油温度过高的原因和解决问题的途径,通过对降低液压系统温升的措施的比选和液压降温散热系统的比选,提出了一套切实可行的液压油温度自动控制散热系统的实施方案.

Abstract:In this study, the hydraulic system for tamping trucks is investigated in terms of automatic lifting,lining and leveling. Accordingly,the causes and solutions for extra-high hydraulic oil temperature are speculated. Through comparison and selection of temperature-rise reduction measurements and hydraulic temperature reduction-radiation systems, the automatic radiation system is feasibly implemented based on automatic hydraulic oil temperature control.
