基于LLC谐振变换器的数字化电源控制系统

摘    要:LLC谐振变换器因其具有输入电压范围宽、负载变化范围大、开关管易实现ZVS等优点被广泛应用在电源设计中。本文设计了一款基于LLC谐振变换器的数字化电源。其控制电路由专用的模拟控制芯片L6599、数字电位器和单片机组成。详细给出了控制电路各组成部分的设计方法和过程,并进行了控制系统软件设计。各种实验验证了所设计电源的正确性。

Abstract:LLC resonant converter was widely used in the power supply design because of its advantages of wide input voltage range, wide load variation range, and switch easily achieve ZVS, etc. In this paper, a digital power supply based on LLC resonant converter was designed. The control circuit composed of dedicated analog control chip L6599, digital potentiometer and single chip microcomputer. The design methods and processes of each component of the control circuit were described in details. And the software of control system was designed too. Various experiments verified the correctness of the designed power supply.
