| 摘 要： | 转油站监控系统采用ASCⅡ模式的MODBUS协议,按顺序查询STC-1数据,完成PLC与STC-1通信.下位机根据上位机命令,将相应数据发送至RS485总线,STC-1数据采集模块再将数据帧中的单元地址与本地地址比较,相符即将所需数据送PLC.上位机通信调度程序用VB编写,控制CP340与相关加热炉数据采集模块STC-1通信,并将其传回的ASCⅡ码数据转换为相应的温度值.

| Abstract: | MODBUS protocol based on ASCII mode was adopted in Oil Transferring Station System, The communication between PLC and STC-1 was realized with polling STC-1 data in order. According to the command of upper PC, the corresponding data was sent to RS485 bus the lower PC. Then, element address in data frame was compared with local address by using the STC-1 data acquisition module, then return information to PLC if address match. Dispatching software of PC was programmed by VB, the communication between CP340 and STC-1 for data collection module of reheating furnace was controlled, and converted the data of ASCII format to correspond temperature value. |
