一种电感式触摸屏控制器设计

摘    要:在介绍电感式触摸屏的结构及工作原理的基础之上,设计了以HT460RB70单片机为控制核心的电感式触摸屏控制器,该控制器采用CD4051电子开关电路作为触摸屏驱动。电感式控制器触摸检测装置采用后置的方式,避免了触摸过程中的机械损伤,延长了触摸屏的寿命,同时具有低成本的优点。该控制器的硬件电路及软件部分已全部实现,实验结果表明该控制器具有较好的稳定性,且适用温度范围广。

Abstract:On the basis of an introduction of structure and principle of operation,as a controlling core,SCM HT460RB70 is designed for an inductive touch panel controller.An electronic switching circuit(CD4051) is arranged for actuating device of touch panel.A built-out type touch detection device on the inductive touch panel controller has the advantages of prolonged service life,free from mechanical damage in the touching process,and low cost as well.The controller design is successfully completed for its hardware circuit and software units.The test results indicates the controller is characterized with better stabilization and applicable for a widely range of temperatures.
