摘    要:在常用的传动元件蜗杆的生产中,可以通过检测蜗杆副啮合运动时传动中心距的变化来快速检测其加工是否合格。基于虚拟仪器设计理论,以LabVIEW8.6虚拟仪器作为软件开发平台,单片机STC89C55作为下位机主控芯片,设计出适合实际需要的数据实时采集系统。该系统采用数字式传感器光栅尺和角编码器结合单片机控制实现实时数据采集。利用串行通信的方式在上位机的LabVIEW8.6上实现了光栅测量系统的数据图形显示和分析统计等功能。

Abstract:During the production of common worm in transmission components, the design can detect the worm gear pair meshing gear center distance movement to quickly detect changes in the processing eligibility. Based on virtual instrument design theory. LabVIEWS. 6 virtual instrument is used as software development platform, MCU STC89C55 as lower computer main control chip. The designs are for the actual needs of real-time data acquisition system. The system uses digital sensor grating and encoder, combines MCU control to a- chieve real-time data acquisition. It uses serial communication on the host machine LabVIEW8.6 to achieve grating measurement systemps data graphical display,statistical analysis and other functions.
