摘    要:基于新型高速单片机C8051F005设计了一种功能齐全、数据处理方式灵活的数据采集系统。该系统通过单片机内部集成的ADC完成信号的采集,采集的数据既可由单片机进行处理并通过图形点阵式液晶显示器进行实时显示,也可通过USB接口芯片PDIUSBD12将采集到的数据传送到PC进行储存和处理,发挥PC机数据处理速度快、存储容量大的优势。整个系统采用USB总线供电,大大简化了系统结构,并降低了成本。该数据采集系统的硬件设计和软件编程得到了详细介绍。

Design on Data Acquisition System Based on SCM

Abstract:Based on the new high-speed SCM C8051F005, a data acquisition system with various functions and different data processing modes is designed. This system uses ADC integrated in SCM to acquire signals. The acquired data not only can be computed by the SCM and displayed by the graphic dots of matrix LCD, but also can be transmitted to PC for memorizing and computing through USB interface chip PDIUSBD12. The entire system's power is supplied by the USB, so the system structure can be simplified, and the cost is reduced. The hardware design and software program of the data acquisition system are introduced in detail.
