低电流应力的串联谐振直流环节变流器

摘    要:提出了一种串联谐振直流环节变流器的新型拓扑结构,在取消直流大电感的同时可以有效地降低原基本电路中开关器件的电压电流应力。介绍了电路的工作原理,分析比较了两种电路中的器件应力,并给出了实验波形。

Abstract:A new topology of series resonant DC link power converter is proposed in this paper, it not only removed DC inductance, but also has less stress compared with the basic circuit. The principle of operation and comparison of current and voltage stresses between the two circuits are also derived with some experimental results in the end.
