| 摘 要： | 提出了一种新的球墨铸铁Ni－P刷镀工艺。论述了球墨铸铁刷镀封孔剂、Ni－P复合刷镀液的配方、配制方法及刷镀设备、工艺。该工艺简单、方便，解决了球墨铸铁零件由于石墨的存在，使基体中有很多孔洞、微裂孔等，造成刷镀层结合强度,易剥落等问题。

| Abstract: | A new brush plating process for nodular cast iron parts is suggested. The sealing agent, bath formulation & preparation, brush plating equipment and process described. The process, simple and easy to operate, has solved the problems of low bonding strength, easy stripping, etc. caused by lots of micropores and microcracks in the substrate of nodular cast iron parts due to the presence of graphite. |
