| Abstract: | A new architecture for design and implementation of real-time video compressing codec is discussed in this paper. The system consists of digital signal processor and motion estimation coprocessor . A method which can be used to ~ 1/2 pixel precise motion vector by a integral pixel motion estimator is researched.This platform supports video capture, scale, video coding, video decoding, two windows display and interface for communication channel. |
