| 摘 要： | 沙角电厂C厂3台660MW机组发电机曾存在漏油和氢气纯度低、露点高等问题，严重威胁机组的安全运行。通过全面的分析和试验研究，找出了导致上述问题的根本原因是发电机氢侧回油不畅及透平油中含水和空气量大。从设备和运行等方面采取一系列措施，有效地解决了该问题。

| Abstract: | The problems with the sealing oil and hydrogen system of660MW power generator,such as oil leakage,low hydrogen purity and high dew point seriously endangered the safe operation of the power generating set.The root causes for these problems identified through comprehensive analysis and experimental research is the returned oil blockage on the hydrogen side and high water and air content in turbine oil.A series of countermeasures taken with the equipment and their operation effectively solved these problems. |
