光伏并网微逆变器研究中的关键技术

摘    要:微逆变器技术的研究成为光伏并网发电研究领域的热点之一。文章阐述了微变器的内涵、特征及其发展现状。从技术内涵角度综述了微逆变器研究中的关键技术,包括主电路拓扑结构、功率解耦技术、最大功率跟踪技术、并网电流控制技术、反孤岛保护、通信和监控技术。并给出了微逆变器未来可能的发展趋势。

Abstract:The microinverter technologies has became one of key spots in the research on photovoltaic grid-connection. In this paper, the connotation, features and current status of microinverter are presented. From the viewpoint of technical connotation, the key technologies for the microinverter is reviewed. These technologies include the topology structure of the microinverter, power decoupling techniques, maximum power point tracking ~ techniques, current control techniques anti-islanding protection, communication and i"nonitoring technologies. At last, the future trend of the grid-connected inverters were given and summarized.
