1MW光伏并网移动房排风散热设计

摘    要:1MW光伏并网移动房是专为光伏逆变器并网发电而设计的专用机房,移动房的排风散热设计是保证移动房顺利运行的保障,更是保证移动房内部逆变器等设备长期安全可靠运行的保障。移动房排风散热设计的同时,必须兼顾防水、防尘和防沙设计,同时又要求移动房本身具有一定的隔热保温性能。1MW光伏并网移动房的风道设计,应结合光伏并网逆变器自身风道的特点进行设计。相互独立的排风散热设计,既能够使1MW光伏并网移动房具有良好的防水,防尘,防沙和隔热保温性能,又能够使其具有良好的排风散热性能。

Abstract:1 MW pV grid-connected mobile room is specially designed for the grid-connected power generation of PV inverters. The design of ventilation and heat diffusion system is to ensure the smooth functioning of the room and all the facilities inside, such as the inverters. Besides function of Ventilation and heat diffusion, it should also be water-proof, dust-proof, and sand-proof and can insulate and preserve heat. The wind channel design of the room should be based on the original wind channels of the PV grid-connected inverters. Design of the independent ventilation and heat diffusion system may ensure that the room is water-proof, dust-proof, and sand-proOf and can insulate and preserve heat.
