~(60)Coγ射线辐射对淋巴细胞化学发光的生物效应(英文)

摘    要:用淋巴细胞化学发光(Ly-CL)技术,研究了离体状况下~(60)Coγ射线辐射对PHA或ConA激发的Ly-CL的生物效应。结果表明:(1)0.25Gy~(60)Coγ射线辐射对PHA(200μg/mL)激发的Ly-CL峰值有增强趋势(P>0.05),0.5Gy有明显增强效应(P<0.05),1~16Gy引起显著或非常显著性抑制(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(2)2~16Gy~(60)Coγ射线辐射对ConA(50、100μg/mL)激发的Ly-CL峰值产生显著或非常显著性抑制作用(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。回归分析表明,峰值下降幅度和辐射剂量间有显著线性关系(P<0.0005)。2~16Gy~(60)Coγ射线辐射对PHA或ConA引起的Ly-CL峰时无影响(P>0.05)。

BIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF ~(80)Co y-RAY IRRADIATION ON LYMPHOCYTE CHEMOLUMINESCENCE

Abstract:Utilizing lymphocyte chemoluminescence technique, the biological effects of 60Co Y-ray irradiation on lymphocyte chemoluminescence (Ly-CL) stimulated with PHA or ConA in vitro were investigated. The results showed; (1)0. 25 Gy 60Co Y-ray irradiation showed a tendency to increase( P >0. 05) ,0. 5 Gy showed significant increase in Ly-CL( P <0. 05) , 1 Gy produced significant suppression( P <0. 05) ,2-16 Gy led to very significant suppression( P <0. 01). (2)2-16 Gy 60Co Y-ray irradiation also expressed suppressive effects on Ly-CL caused by two different concentration of ConA (50 100 ng/mL)( P <0. 01). Linear regression analysis showed,there was significant correlation between the intensity of Ly-CL and irradiation dose ( P 0. 05).
