开沟铺管机行走与开沟系统设计和功率匹配研究

摘    要:该文通过计算和分析开沟铺管机行走系统,推导出液压行走系统扭矩-速度-液压系统效率曲线图和关键点。依照开沟铺管机的作业工况,设计了液压行走系统电控方案。探讨发动机与液压行走系统的功率匹配方案。根据开沟系统功率计算公式,分析影响开沟功率的因素。结合液压驱动和开沟系统与发动机功率和扭矩的曲线图,在进一步探讨驱动和开沟系统的功率分配原则的基础上,得出功率分配方案框图,为链式开沟铺管机的设计使用和动力系统匹配提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Hydraulic-driving and Trenching System Calculating and Power Matching for Trencher

Abstract:Driving torque-driving speed-efficiency curve and key points of hydraulic-driving system has been deduced out by calculating and analyzing the power of driving and trenching system of chain trencher. According to the requirements of trencher, the electrical control scheme of driving is planned. The power allocation principle of engine and hydraulic-driving is discussed. Based on the power formula for trenching system, analyze factors of trenching power. The power allocation principle of driving and trenching is discussed further in combination with the power and torque characteristic curve of engine. The block diagram of control of chain trencher is also obtained. It can provide some theory references to power-matching and designing for chain trencher.
