摘    要:加热炉热效率是炼油厂关注的重要问题之一。热效率的测定和计算过程往往涉及到许多查表、手工计算等繁琐的工作,准确性很难得到保证。文章详细叙述了国内加热炉热效率测定和计算的方法和规定、提高加热炉热效率的途径和红外热像技术在石油化工行业上的应用情况;展望了加热炉热效率需要进一步研究的内容:加热炉热效率的综合评定、红外热像技术辅助测量加热炉热效率、加热炉热效率计算和综合评定的计算机化和智能化。

Abstract:The heat efficiency of the furnace is one of the major concerns in refinery operation. The testing and calculation of the heat effi- ciency involves a lot of tedious work like looking for the tables and manual calculation. Furthermore, the accuracy of the data can not be ensured. Here introduced are the testing and calculation methods for the heat efficiency ol the furnace in China, relative specifications, measures to improve the heat efficiency and infra - red heat imaging technology in petrochemical industry. The future necessary research work on improving the fire - heater heat efficiency has been discussed, such as integrated evaluation of heat efficiency of furnace, testing of heat efficiency by using infra - red heal imaging technology and computer application in heal efficiency calculation and evaluation.
