Investors sought for local railway projects in Shandong

The State Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shandong Province recently made public a plan to seek public investment at home and abroad for the construction of six local reilways. Multiple forms, such as equity and non-eyuiqy joint venture,solely owned venture and even property right or equity transfer will be permitted in undertaking the projects. For three of the projects, solely foreign-owned venture will be permitted and for two projects, proterty transfer to foreign investors is proposed.
