异形灰土井桩承载特性的实测结果

摘    要:灰土井桩是一种柔性桩,在陕甘地区的多层建筑基础中已体现出较明显的有效性和经济性,其实用价值已得到证实,灰土井桩作为受力桩,其桩型一直采用大孔径的圆柱形.但实践证明这种桩形在灰土井桩基础中较为突出的问题是其承载力偏低、沉降值偏大.针对这一问题,本文提出了异形灰土井桩概念,介绍了柔性桩的现场静力测试方法,和二种异形桩与常规形灰土井桩承载性能的对比试验结果.

Abstract:Lime -soil well-shaped pile belongs to the same class of non-reinforcing bar piles. Its usability and economy has been proved since it used as some foundations in loess region. This bearing pile used to be cylinder and its diameter is often very large. However, the practice indicated the problem of this kind of pile is that its bearing capacity is low but settlement is large. According to this a new concept of special shaped lirne-soil bearing pile is set forth in the paper. And also introduce the speical test method for the non-reinforcing bar piles and the comparative test results of load - bearing property between the special shaped pile and the common cylinder pile.
