微波辅助提取薏苡仁油的研究

摘    要:本文研究了微波辅助技术在薏苡仁油脂中的应用.通过对溶剂、微波功率、微波作用时间以及液固比对微波辅助提取薏苡仁油的影响进行单因素实验,确定了最佳的提取条件.实验结果表明,最佳的提取工艺为:100%的乙醇,微波功率为600W,微波处理时间为5~8min,液/固比为10.本文还比较了微波辅助提取技术、室温浸提、热回流提取技术,结果证明微波辅助提取技术无论提取效果还是提取效率均比传统工艺适合薏苡仁油的提取.

Abstract:Extracting job's-tears seed oil from semen coicis with microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) was studied.In order to find out the optimal extracting conditions,effect of solvent,applied power,MAE time and liquid/solid ratio were investigated.The result shows the following optimal extraction condition: 100% ethanol as solvent,applied power 600w,MAE time 5min,and liquid/solid ratio 5.A comparison among microwave-assisted extraction,room temperature extraction,and heat reflux extraction was conducted for the extraction of Job's-tear seed oil.The result shows MAE is more effective than conventional extraction method,due to the considerable saving time and high extraction efficiency.
