纳米SiOx/环氧树脂复合材料性能研究

摘    要:以纳米SiOx为改性材料,采用浇铸工艺制备了纳米SiOx/环氧树脂复合材料。探讨了纳米复合材料的分散工艺方法以及不同的纳米SiOx含量对复合材料力学性能和耐热性能的影响。结果表明,当纳米材料质量分数为1%时,复合材料的分散效果好,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率提高到3倍,无缺口冲击强度达11.6kJ/m^2,洛氏硬度和耐热性能也有提高。

Abstract:Nano-SiOx/ epoxy resin composites were prepared by using nano-SiOx as modification agent and flow casting technology. Dispersion technism was disscussed. Effects of nano-SiOx content on the mechanical properties and heat resistance porperties of the nano composites were studied. Experiment results show that when the content of nano SiOx is 1%, nano-SiOx is well dispersed in composites, the tensile strength and breaking elongation of composipes increase three-fold, non-notch impact strength composipes reaches 11. 6 kJ/m^2, and rockwell hardness number and heat resistance are improved.
