面向大规模定制生产的产品族模型研究

摘    要:在大规模定制生产环境下,传统的物料管理方法已经不能适应大规模定制生产的要求,所以基于通用产品平台的产品族设计是一种有效的产品管理方法。文章针对大规模定制生产的特点,提出了一种基于类物料清单的产品族结构模型,并详细分析了该模型的结构和配置管理方法。最后,给出了该模型和配置生成机制用于电话机产品族的结构和配置管理的实例。

Abstract:Under the mass customization manufacturing,the traditional Bill-of-Material(BOM) can not meet the requirement of mass customization manufacturing.And the design of product family based on the general product platform is an effective method to solve this problem.This paper proposes a product family structure model based on GenericBill-of-Material(GBOM)according to the characteristics of mass customization manufacturing,analyzes the structure of this model and shows the configuration management method of this model.Finally,this approach is applied in the structure and configuration management of a telephone product family.
