生物蠕动床工艺在炼油废水处理中的应用

摘    要:采用兰州科尔迅化工技术有限公司的"曝气生物蠕动床"(专利号:ZL03218542.1)工艺对甘肃庆阳石化公司的炼油废水处理工程(采用二级生化处理)进行改造,实现了出水连续稳定达标排放,对COD、氨氮的去除率分别达到93%、92%,运行成本约为0.69元/m3,而且该工艺在抗水质、水量冲击负荷等方面也优于普通活性污泥法.

Abstract:The aerated biological peristalsis bed process was used to reconstruct the secondary biochemical treatment engineering of refinery wastewater from Qingyang Petrochemical Company.The effluent met the discharge standard continuously and stably.The removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen reach 93% and 92% respectively,and the operation cost is 0.69 yuan/m3.The process is superior to conventional activated sludge processes in resistance to shock loading of wastewater quality and quantity.
