PUI/nano-CaCO3弹性体的合成及性能研究

摘    要:采用原位聚合方法合成了聚氨酯-异氰脲酸酯(PUI)/nano-CaCO3弹性体材料,并对其组成及性能进行了研究。结果表明,当PUI配方中NCO/OH摩尔比为10∶1、催化剂DMP-30质量分数为2%时,利用超声辐照技术将nano-CaCO3均匀分散于碳化二亚胺改性的液化MDI中原位聚合而成的PUI/nano-CaCO3弹性体,其力学性能和热稳定性得到明显提高,且随nano-CaCO3含量的增加而增加,当nano-CaCO3质量分数为8%时,弹性体综合性能最优。

Abstract:The polyurethane-isocyurnate (PUI)/ nano-CaCO_3 elastomer was prepared by situ polymerization and its composition and properties were also studied. The results showed that the mechanical and thermal properties of PUI/nano-CaCO_3 elastomer prepared with the PUI fundamental formula in which n(NCO)/n(OH) ratio was 10:1, catalyst (DMP-30) was 2% and nano-CaCO_3 was dispersed in L-MDI were greatly improved. The general property of PUI/nano-CaCO_3 elastomer was the best one when nano-CaCO_3 content was 8%.
