| Abstract: | The algorithm by which the Kempe chain can be constructed is proposed,the fact that the chromatic number of counterexamples of Heawood is 4 is proved by the Kempe chain method,and the possibility for the reconstruction of frequency covering on civil aviation's airspace based on the Kempe chain model is also discussed. |
